Great little book of sweet & savory old fashioned preserves. Thirty one recipes ranging from old favourites such as lemon curd, green tomato chutney & piccalilli to the more unusual chestnut jam, parsley honey & rum & raisin marmalade. Nicely illustrated with drawings of old country cottages.
