Mind-blowing ending to a brill series of books! - By: , 21 Sep 2008
My 12 year-old sister so loved this book she wanted to write a review about it.
this is so amazing i have seen the anime subbed but is this 10 time Better the bit where kish dies is so sad but the mew aqua Brings him back to life thank god. The only thing that could make this Mind-blowing ending any better is if ichigo decided to date kish instead of Masaya lol.
MUST BUY!!! - By: , 01 May 2005
i love all manga books, like inuyasha, hellsing, immortal rain & amazing books like that. when one of my friends lent the first one to me, i couldn't wait to read the rest! this book (number 7) is the last bookin the series (there is another series called tokyo mew mew a la mode) but this one ties it all togehter. it is so great.
Ichigo finds out who the blue knight is, then Deep blue (the big bad person) awakens. it's got tones of romance, fights & much much more.
I LOVE IT!
this whole series is the best ever. enjoy! ^^
Good, but could be better... - By: , 24 Nov 2004
If you're looking for a manga with breathtaking artwork & a cutesy, magical girl-superhero with a touch of humour, but not really much storyline, then Tokyo Mew Mew won't dissapoint.
However, if you want a shoujo with a little more substance, then I'd recommend Fruits Basket (also available on Amazon!).
The only real saving grace about this series ( the pretty pictures aside ^^) is how it managed to retain a sense of originality despite the afore-mentioned schoolgirl turns superhero cliche.
The characters are fairly original, unfortunatley, they're just not very believable.
Another different story to Tokyo Mew Mew - By: Marine_Snow, 10 Jun 2004
This 2nd season Tokyo Mew Mew manga is called "Tokyo Mew Mew a la mode", which beganin the Japanese magazine "Nakayoshi"in April 2003 (there is a sneak preview of thisin the Tokyo Mew Mew vol.7 manga) It features a new enemy & a new mew girl. In this manga the main character is called Berii Shirayuki, who is set to be the new leader & take on Ichigo's place. She is a bit like Ichigo because she tries to get close to her crush & they have similiar personality, however she doesn't seem to be much of an airhead! Her crush is a boy called "Meguro Tasuku" & he likes to rollerblade & jumps from high places alot.

The basic story is Berii has been intived to cafe mew mew by Ryou & then she was injected with a cat & rabbit DNA. Ryou then places R2003in Berri's bag (R2003 is a strawberry & rabbit version of R2000/Masha). Soon, when her crush gets attacked by a monster which the saint crusaders sent (new enemyin the manga) Berii transforms into a mew girl.

Berii did not meet the other Mew girls until chapter 4. This was when she was having trouble with the monsters attacking, & this was when the other Mew girls (except Ichigo) turned up to save her. The other mew girls then takes Berii to cafe mew mew & explains to Ryou & Keiichiro the situation, & from then on Berii becomes part of the Mew team & a waiteress at cafe mew mew. Berii did not meet Ichigo until chapter 5 & from then on Mew Berii & Mew Ichigo work together to defeat the saint cursaders!

Berii's only appearance isin this manga, as you will not see herin the anime or else where. I really miss Ichigo being the leader as she is my fave Mew girl, but at least it makes Tokyo Mew Mew last a bit longer. You will enjoy this manga if you enjoyed the previous Tokyo Mew Mew mangas, although Tokyo Mew Mew a la mode is different from Tokyo Mew Mew, the story line is still similiar! so make sure you read this "Tokyo Mew Mew fans"!!!!

Too exciting to know what happens next!!!! - By: Marine_Snow, 15 Mar 2004
As Ichigo & Masaya relationship develops they go out on a hot date however when Kish shows up with more monsters, all Masaya wants to do was protect Ichigo, however Ichigo does not know what to do as she watches Masaya getting hurt, so what can Ichigo do without Masaya knowing the truth????. Ichigo also begins to have strong feelings for Masaya because all she does is lie to him to make an excuse for running away & she does not know how to tell him the truth, well Ichigo goes up to Masaya and......um I am not going to give it away, I totally hate spoiling the story for people who have not read the manga yet, but anyway the story gets just too exciting that you want to know what happens next, now I just can't wait to read the next volume. The manga also includes a bonus mini story called "petit mew mew" owwwww its just so sweet as a strawberry...

A Sailor Moon fan? A Cardcaptor Sakura fan? Like "Magical girls" manga series? than you will love this... blah blah blah, I am not going to say any more as every one has already said thisin their Tokyo Mew Mew reviews. So you know if you are going to love this manga...
