Well, I have this book for two month & you know what? IT DOES WORK. It makes you work very hard. You start with easy exercises, but when you’re getting used to go to the gym more-less regularly (approx.in 3 weeks after you’ve started the program), Kurt adds more & more difficult ones & then you can’t stop, as you see the results & you’re becoming very challenged. I think Kurt is a very clever guy & I would go to his classes if I livedin the states.:-) I’m not a gym guru & not mad spending my entire timein there, but three hours a weekin the gym really changing your life (sorry for banality). I would suggest to use itin complex with two other books: Essential Chest & Shoulders: An Intense 6-week Program (Men's Health Peak Conditioning Guides) , Essential Abs ("Men's Health" Peak Conditioning Guides) & Essential Arms (Men's Health Peak Conditioning Guides) .
