This is a great CD. First side is Louise talking the affirmations & the other side is subliminal with music. I enjoyed it all & I play it every night before I go to bed. It has made a significant difference as I am more positive & confident within myself than I have ever beenin a long time. I am looking forward to trying out some of Louises other cds. You won't be disappointed with your purchase so enjoy!!
Just what I needed! - By: Italian Angel, 14 Feb 2008 This CD is wonderfulin the way that it gives you the choice to either listen to the affirmations (in part 1) or to listen a few pieces of music which contain effective subliminal messages that act on your subconsciuos mind (in part 2). I definetely recommend this second part of the CD: the music is quite pleasant & relaxing, you can listen to it while cooking dinner !Also being the messages subliminal your subconscius mind is just absorbing these affirmations without fighting or rejecting them. The results are visible even after a week. I have noticed great improvementin my beliefin myself & it has been noticed also by my friends & colleagues. Highly recommended!
Definately a gentle and powerful help - By: Mrs. J. Heath, 03 Sep 2007 I have used this CD for about a month now & am so glad I bought it. I have suffered from low self esteem for years & I am so glad that I am getting more confident. My husband said there is a difference.
I feel stronger & sometimes used to back downin troubled situations but now I am more assertive & approach things with a much more positive attitude. If, In the beginning, you don't feel anything, don't despair or give up - keep going & really work at it,it will be well worth it & you can always use it again if you need it!

I also recommend a book i bought just after, this will awaken you to who you are she is a medium & reiki master of healing & it will help you understand why we are here

well done - By: Loads of letters, 15 Apr 2007 The subliminals are quite good, what I would expect of such a learned author. I tried this CD to see what sort of affirmation to use when feeling less confidant than normal, which isn't very often. I just needed something to bolster me for when dealing with thosein authority, & this sure did work, thanks.
