Vital Information! - By: Anonymous, 10 Jul 2008
I definitely highly recommend "...And the Truth Shall Set You Free". Even though some of his ideas might seem a little strange & far fetched (remember, it must be taken with a pinch of salt), most of the information & the general message of the book cannot be dismissed. The subjects dealt with are at the base of todays society. Do not ignore it! It might make you slightly paranoid, but isn't the Truth worth it? Enough double-thinking, it's time for people to deviate from the norm & think for themselves! A life-changing book.
An excellent read - By: Dave, 12 Jan 2008
Having bought & read several of David's other later books (Alicein Wonderland..., Love is the truth..., Tales from the time loop), I was very surprised at the quantity & quality of informationin here. Don't get me wrong, I don't think his later works are bad or anything like that, but he does seem to interject at regular points with obviously personal & seemingly excessive negative narrative, which I think detracts from the valid points he's trying to convey.
This book contains a wealth of powerful information, & the lack of personal narrative compared to his later works makes the whole thing more 'neutral', leaving it up to the reader to make their own minds up regarding the subject matter.
This is the one to read - By: Bob Lock, 02 Sep 2007
Don't be put off by David Icke's later books; this is the one to read. Originally publishedin 1995 (and regularly updated), it was the first of the "heavyweights"... almost 500 pages stuffed with information... things that we were never taught at school (or university). You may not agree with everything that David Icke says (or indeed believe everything that is writtenin this book), but a lot of work has gone into this book, & it deserves to be read. You will certainly look at things differently after reading it.
