When I first read the beook, I thought it would teach you to swimin the Open Water, but it also prepares your mind. If you want to swimin the Open Water, I would recommend this book.

Highly recommended, but be prepared to search a bit for some things. Clearly the product of someone who is predominantly right-brained.
