Disappointed - By: W. J. Morgan, 21 Jun 2008
This book must qualify as one of the worst ever published. 112 pages, of which most are filled up with photographs of the artist's work.
What little instruction that isn't very informative.I learnt nothing from it, & thought it was a total waste of money.I wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating
Relaxed at last. - By: jenwest@cableinet.co.uk, 22 Feb 2000
Everyone who has made any attempt at painting with watercolour knows that it can be the most unforgiving medium.Months & years can be spent learning to "control" it.At last ,here is a painter who celebrates some of its difficult quirks , along with its many joyous features ,and who helped the tense nervous painter that I can sometimes be, let go a little, and enjoy!
wonderfully inspirational - By: , 25 Jun 1999
This book outlines more of an approach to painting, not just techniques. It opened up an entirely new world, allowing me to explore the medium. I'd recommend it for the serious artist as well as the beginner. Trust me, it's a beautiful book that will inspire you to do things with watercolours you never thought possible.

I was so inspired by the book I when to a day & half workshop of the authorsin Pasadena recently. I loved the book & was quite pleased with the results I was getting with my paintings. I am a visual person & seeing her deomstrate her techniquesin person was a very valuable learning experience. I am looking forward to her next book - its on order with Amazon but has not arrived from the publisher as yet.
A wonderful book which is a must for all artists - By: , 24 Aug 1998
This beautiful book will expand the horizons for artists of all mediums, abilities & experience. It uses the basic concepts of Eastern philosophiesin conjunction with western techniques. Moreover, it is inspirational, & will be found so even by non-artists. This is an undiscovered treasure.
