A comprehensive barbecuing guide full of delicious recipes. Of all the barbecue books we've bought, we turn to this one first. There's a wide range of recipes for starters, main meals & desserts. The recipes are easy to follow & every one we've tried has been a winner. There's a wealth of information on how to barbecue, sauces, what wine to serve . . . But a word of advice - this is aimed at gas barbecue owners. And once you've tried a gas barbecue, we promise you'll never go back to charcoal!
