I was going through book of shadows chaos! I had several books, ring binders etc & it was making me go mad! This book, gave me a strict guide to set up my book of shadows putting everything i hadin one ring binder under 13 different sections, & with a normal notebook for the journal/creative side of the Path. Although i dont follow what she has written now, it gave me a huge start into organising my Book, & then coming up with my OWN way of organising my Book - rather than looking up on websites to see how others set up their Book & copy their way. At the end of the day, its what works for you thats the best!
Another thing i LOVE about this book, is the creative ideas into actually making your book far more interesting. Making scented inks, pressing flowers & herbs into pages etc make your book something to be proud of, & something you'll cherish! I love writingin my book now, because its not a boring working book, but a beautiful personalized working book! The correspondence lists are great things to add into your book if you havent already got them, including correspondences to food & drink - something you dont think about very often.
Allin all a fantastic book that every Pagan should have if they have a boring or/and disorganised Book of Shadows.

This book is brilliant for young witches who are unsure how to set up their first Book of Shadows. Easy to follow with some very good advice.

Excellent! - By: Mrs. H. W. Thompson-waight, 18 Oct 2001
Get a few hours, all your bits of disorganised paper & read this book! Instead of 6-7 disorganised journals of spells & rituals - I know have one cross-referenced volume that is a joy to look at!

This is an interesting read to keep you going when you are trying to pass some time, & it has many good ingredients for making the perfect atmosphere for your casting & the best way of collecting your spells into organised (mystic) books. This is for those with a disorganised group of spells, but if you have had practice already, then leave this until you get too full.
