This book can only be described as a manualin for anyone contemplating, planning or taking a GAP year. I have found it vital,in making plans for my own GAP year, because it covers every stage of the process, from making your initial ideas right through to adjusting to life post - travel.
If you arein any doubt as to whether a year out is a good idea then take a stroll through this book; it's easy to read, excellently laid out & covers absolutely everything you need to know. It's also realistic because it's written by someone who's been there & obtained copious amounts of T -shirts.
If there's one book you buyin preparing for your GAP year it has to be this one.
