...so probably won't sell! This book is an attempt to make working out what to eat as easy as possible. She puts foods into 3 colour coded groups which related to their calorie density & then you base your diet around eating a certain number of each group. No need to calculate or remember calories.
It's very healthy since it ensures you eat your 5 portions of veg/fruit a day & get most of your cals from healthy foods.
It has "treats" which enable you to have a glass of wine etc so you are not altering your life too much.
Overall it is a very sensible & sustainable way of approaching food. You get charts, recipes, various day-plan suggestions for different lifestyles plus a basic exercise plan.
