This book is the nearest i have found to the Moroccan cooking i have experianced whenin Morocco with my husband's family. It is well presented & photographed infact i have bought a second copy so that i always have it at hand, my original is worn & splattered from the numerous times i have used it. If you want to cook authentic Moroccan meals & sweets you must buy this book.
