Anyone who want to understand various aspects of investments should read this book. Its written as a novel & explains basic principles of investment using story format. This book can be read by even young readers & easy to understand.
Two words- BUY IT! - By: Goutham Bhadri, 12 Nov 2007 For anyone who's serious about their financial health, this is a must read. Easily explained, graphically delivered so that you know the importance of being on the right hand side of the quadrant if you want to be financially free. Essentially, these are the main points of the quadrant:
E = employee = you own a job
S = Self-employed = you control a job
I = Investor = Money works for you
B = Business Owner = Business Systems work for you
Its surprising how many people don't understand these simple concepts & they continue to go about their lives unhappy about their 9-5 job, wanting more money or more time.
It's simple to follow the advicein this book & change the patterns you are in. RK is proving to be one of the best Financial Freedom Gurus of our time!

Frankly, I had doubt as to whether this book is sort of a rehash of the "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". Fortunately, after I read it, I found that it was neither a waste of money buying it nor a waste of time reading it. Mr. Kiyosaki has elucidated his message, which is impliedin his "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", clearly & systematicallyin this book. My own copy has underlings throughout now, & I suppose that it will become dog-eared very soon. Thanks to this book, I have got a much clearer long-term perspective & strategy with my personal finance.
My only complaint is that the author should have integrated "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" & "Rich Dad, Poor Dad 2" into a single book. Having said that, this might have been one of the sales strategies of the author, which has made him so rich.
a joy! - By: john, 23 Jun 2007 What an insightful book. Robert's intellect is second to none. The message is a pragmatic, realistic one just on how easy it is to become wealthy - if you can handle it! Most peoplein our culture are conditioned with the 'wage slave' mentality. It's just a fact of life. How liberating to realise that you don't have to remain one of them! The only people who won't like this book's message are, frankly, those who are just too afraid to take the risks & changes of attitude necessary to 'cross over' to the side of the 'boss'. It's allin the book! It's 'easy', but takes courage to cross that bridge to freedom. I found the book a real joy!
A glum yet inspiring read. - By: Mr. Victor Botterill, 19 Dec 2006 Having enjoyed Rich Dad, Poor Dadin a depressing yet inspiring way, I was anxious to read this book. I was not disappointed, although finished feeling glum yet inspired. It is a strange combination. I suppose it arises from reading about the fate of the employed & self-employed as opposed to the opportunities that beckon those who aspire to run a business or invest.
However, there are seven steps outlined to help the would-be wealthy. These are most interesting & practical. By the end of the book I started to feel a lot better, because as a result of his first book I had already made some progress. Worth reading, but be prepared for some glumness.
