ISO 9001:2000 Audit Procedures
So - they've told you that you're the internal auditor for ISO 9001:2000. Don't panic, buy this book. It sets out the background to ISO 9001:2000 & to quality audits & then goes on to tell you everything you - & your colleagues - need to know & do to carry out management reviews & quality audits. There are some excellent checklists & forms which you can use or adapt for your own organisation. These are also available on a CD which, like the book, you will find is worth its weightin gold.

In my experience I have found the book to be particularly useful where an organisation is undergoing transition from ISO 9001:1994 to ISO9001:2000; specifically the checklistsin the book which show comparisons between the two standards including explanations & likely sources of documentation.
The checklists are available separately at a small cost on a CD rom. These will you save you hours of time !
