I would like to comment on speedyreader2 interpretions as not very accurate about the novel it was quite good, the characters are fascinating to read. The storyline was good, it is a weird name Imogen.
Ms Imogen Waterstone is a real original miss, who is warmhearted, funny & witty rolled into one. She blindly (I will admitt) wanted revenge on a man who supposdly killed her best friend.Viscount Chillhurst a man of mystery goes to Imogen because of some debt he owed to her uncle, and people say that Cold blooded chillhurst always keeps his promises...................... sorry you will have to read the book to find out!
Mischief is a throughly entertaining book. - By: , 31 Jul 2001
Mischief is a typical Amanda Quick book, it is highly entertaining with a bit of adventure. The heroine is a strong willed woman who takes chargein a whirlwind manner & has mistaken the hero for someone with weak nerves as he does not jump into her schemes head first. The story takes you through with the hero gradually taking control & seducing our heroine. Sparks fly between the two keeping the atmosphere firey. A very enjoyable book.
