Bought this prior to starting a coursein Reflexology, have read through quite a bit, &in humble opinion the book is great. Nice balance of history, approach, technical & application, for someone like me its prised open my skeptical mind a little more prior to actually starting the course. Recommend this to anyone looking to or wanting to consider reflexology whether on its own or part of the bigger holistic approach to healing.
Really nice book, large format, clear, concise & reasonably well written, covers reflexologyin a methodical & practical way without treating the reader like a total idiot.
A Teacher's review - By: , 04 Jan 2003 I used this book as one of the text books while teaching reflexologyin F.E. I found it straight forward, easy to understand & the activity's & progress checks were very useful. An excellent book for beginners or experienced alike.
