An excellent text book for people with little prior geological knowledge. Everything is well explainedin clear & simple sections. There are loads of colourful diagrams & pictures helping get the facts across. A glossary at the back makes understanding tricky vocabulary easy. This text book is amazing & I'd be lost without it!
