I have read this book from cover to cover, brilliant, what a delight Ian Garten is, not only to read her books but to watch her programmes, she is an inspiration. I have just ordered the last book & will have a complete set by tomorrow. I am as happy as when I am eating Orange Pound Cake!

I halve the recipes unless I am having a friends over but each recipe is simplicity itself
