As a huge fan of the mr men books as a child when I saw these board books I had to get them for my one year old daughter. They are very small but just the right size for her to hold so I would recommend them for a young child who is just starting to show an interestin books.

As an avid fan of every Mr Men & Little Miss book ever, this Christmas I was delighted to see that there was another new one out! I really enjoyed this book. As always it was beautifully illustrated & the story was an original take on the Dickens classic.
I am no longer a child but I still find these books as interesting & fun as I did when I was eight years old.
I hope you enjoy it, like I did.
Mr Men - By: Diane Butcher, 09 Nov 2002 This complete series of books was an instant hit with my son.
Although not yet reading the pictures are colourful & consist of many shapes & basic objects keeping him interested whilst the stories are being read.
All stories arein plain & simple English which is ideal for beginners but still interesting enough for the more advanced reader (I still love them!).

What is so special about these books? I teach Danish 4 th. graders & this is their first year with English education. They enjoy learning about the different personalities these books describes & enhanse their vocabulary while giving them a good laugh.

Hargreaves has got it just right, the books capture the attention & imagination of any child & adults alike! If your child doesn't already own these, it is essential that you open up their world, now!
