After my disastrous attempt with Paul Prudhomme's book, this book was a breath of fresh air. Tasty, simple recipes which remind me of the Carribean. Not all are perfect, but a very good success rate with me, particularly with fish & prawn recipes.

This book is for anyone who wants to excel as a cook without having to spend hoursin the kitchen. The ingredients are not too difficult to find. The recipes are quick to make & easy to follow. Best of all, every recipe I've tried tastes delicious. The best recipe book I've found by a long way. Highly recommended.
