I would reccommend this book for any onein a management position within a hotel, expecially those (such as myself)in a deputy position looking to step up to a General manager position. The book covers several areas such as new openings, motivating the operation team, marketing & many more.

Simply an excellent book which i could not put down & cant wait to put into actionin my hotel.
