Trying to recapture the past. - By: Jane Baker, 08 Dec 2008
So poignantly written & how beautifully Willett intertwines the happenings of the 1970s with those of the first decade of the twenty first century & covers the lives of two - almost three generations of a family. Their lives on the Devon moors are described with warmth & colour & ventures into Truro, Rock & Padstow are full of life. Reader you will not escape without a lumpin your throat as you become a part of the story of the Bodrugan family & when you turn the last page & say Goodbye to them you will miss them. Another Willett triumph.
