Brave New Wolrd is a fascinationg yet complex book with many ideas & views to get across. York Notes Advanced for Brave New World makes it much easier to find & understand, both the views & the standpoint from where they were written. As a student studying the text, i found it very useful to have each chapter concisely summerised & biographies on the individual characters - invaluble for writting essays.

The book is seperated into six main sections, which makes it easier to look up specific information.

Worthy of mention is the critical approach that the book takes to the themes & characters of brave new world, this is important if answering exam questions that involve discussing Brave New World.

There is also a short piece on the background of Aldous Huxley, the history of the period & the broader perspectives of looking at Brave New World from the perspective of our society.

Anyway, as i keep saying this is an invaluble resource if you are studying the text, & even if you arent, it may be well worth a read to get a different perpective on Brave New World.
