I would definitely recommend this book to a novice astronomer. It explainsin simple terms what you're looking atin the sky, & how to find the most infamous star constellations. I discovered a lot of things that I had no idea existed. It even gives advice on what telescope to buy, which is a big help if you're looking to buy a telescope for the first time.

A plain & simple guide to the starsin the sky. A must buy!
