This book is an excellent introduction to an interesting but difficult subject. Filled with diagrams & colour dissection pictures I would highly recommend it as an accompaniment to a medical coursein Neuroanatomy. At times the sentence structure could be clearer, but overall a very good investment for medicsin their early career.

If you're starting out as a specialist regin neurology, this book is a must have! It clearly outlines neuroanatomy with excellent colour diagrams, & is the best stepping stone to being able to name the structures on an MRI brain. You could read & learn all it has to sayin a few days, but what you learn will stick with you for life!!!

Fantastic book, makes a relatively difficult subject easier - By: , 31 Dec 2005 This book simplifies the subject making it easier to get the depth of understanding that you want. Concise, not too much waffle, just gives you the facts that you need. I used it for 2nd year medicine & it got me through it.
Good level of science with clinical situations thrownin too.
Good illustrations of lesions at different levels make picturing what is going on.
