I love this book, infact I love juicing. Jason is a great inspiration & juicing certainly helped me to a healthier & trimmer body. I have tried most of the recipes & all of them taste wonderful. The vegetable ones are a great way to use up the excess stock from my allotment.
I didn't even buy this book - it came free with my juicer, now that's a bargain.

After doing the 7Ibsin 7 days & then turbo-charge it was nice to have a new book to turn for some differencein tastes. I just look frward to whatever he brings out because the recipes get better & better & you feel absolutely great from it.

Huge range of recipes - By: J. Lowes, 29 Feb 2008 This is a great book, with a massive range of juice & smoothie recipes. There are fruit juices, veg juices, kids juices, smoothies, & even ice cream smoothies. There is a section for sporting types & a section which suggests the best juices for various ailments. All explain why the ingredients work too. Excellent.
The most delicious I've tasted - By: Laura, 19 Feb 2008 A wonderful receipe book with practical & easy juice receipes. I got a juicer like the one Jason Vale used on TV & the book came with it. The receipes are delicious & very easy to follow. They don't need difficult to get hold of items, but day to day fruit & veg. My favourite is the sports hydro drink (with beetroot & cucumber) which I take to the gym with me & it really makes an excellent alternative to water.
I haven't tried a receipe I didn't like. Even my children like them as much as I do. I look forward to Jason's next juice book.
Excellent Book! - By: S. Ross, 11 Jan 2008 This is my fist juicing book, which came free with my new Phillips Aluminium Juicer. I have read it cover to cover & it is excellent. I am new to juicing & this book has given me somewhere to start from. It contains some fabulous looking recipes which I will start making the weekend once I have bought the relevant ingredients!
I am also very pleased with the Phillips Aluminium Juicer, & would recommend it - In fact, Jason Vale himself recommends this juicer.
