Obviously, dictionarys aren't my usual bed-time reading, so I can't tell you my 'favourite entry' (although I thought the definition for 'world' was pretty mindblowing - but I won't spoil it for you!).

Being an English Language & Literature student at college, I need something I can refer to quickly without the hassle of getting out my industrial-sized reference dictionary & ploughing through the many, many pages. This Gem dictionary does just that - its not too bulky but it is precise, which is what all dictionaries should be like.

It also has some really good features like aiding with my spelling (I've become pretty lax on that recently) & pronunciation.

So allin all its a brilliant reference guide, and, well, if your into all that reading dictionaries at bedtime then I'm sure this will be a stimulating & informative read.
