Although this does contain some of the information from Anne's "Best of House Doctor" book, it also contains added information that proved to be incredibly useful.

I used her tips & tricks & transformed a family member's house into a buyers dream home. She has a gift for neutralizing roomsin such a fashion that they exude relaxation & personality but without OVER personalizing a room.
