Over the Moon is about a girl called Scarlett who's the prettiest of them all, & battles the title out with Tanya Hoskins. She has a best friend called Hattie & Scarlett goes gaga over a boy on the train, Matt. She also tries to improve herself to get merit marks & to go to Founder's Day & asks Matt to be her partner. Read, read, read!!!

I liked this book but i kept thinking something big was going to happen & it never did.What the blurb makes sound so dramatic is actually done very quickly & unexcitingly. It was like the author was told to write a book & didnt really have any ideas.
On a more positive note it is engaging & interesting
