Beautifully detailed illustrations & a rolling cadence to the text make this one of our favourite bedtime books. Our 18mnth old loves this book. She points out the teddys, cars, mummy & daddy on each page & gives the dinosaur a kiss on te appropriate page. For me it was the 50's style illustrations. They are so perfectly pitched to both child & parent. I can't recommend this book highly enough. Its fun to look at & to read & will be around our house for years to come.
Buy this book - By: Elaine Vaughan, 07 Oct 2007 This is a wonderful book. My son does all the actions & roars at the right place. I have read & read it to all my children & never got bored of it, so that must tell you something. The whole series is lovely but this one is the best!
Super Dinosaur Story for Bedtime - By: V. Bruce, 12 Sep 2007 My three year old (dinosaur mad!) son loves this book - it has a wonderful rhyming story line with humourous pictures & is not too long. We have read it nearly every night for the past two months - he can almost recite every word with me so it will comein handy when he is ready to start learning how to read, especially as the lettering on each page is fairly large.
I am now purchasing more books from this collection so that we don't get too bored with this onein the months ahead!!!!

They are wonderful. Just the right length for bedtime & so sweet. The pictures are beautifully painted.
There is a new one out which we just got from America about going to school & my son's face was a treat - 'New DI-SORE'.
I would recommend to everyone!!!!
A lovely lovely book - By: Double, 04 Feb 2007 This book has grown with our 20 month old son & still has a lot of mileagein it.
It was the first book that mesmerised him & both my husband & I know the story off by heart (not tired of it either!)
Our boy roars like a dinosaur & has learnt special sound effects for each page. Highly amusing.
The illustrations are quite different from those foundin other children's books which is refreshing.
Have since bought allin the series but this one remains our firm favourite.
